What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Regular-priced merchandise is eligible for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
After 7 days of the purchase date, refunds are no longer available. At that time, eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit (credit note) only.
To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be:
- Returned in their original, unused condition.
- Accompanied by all original tags.
- Returned with a valid proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can choose Pickup at checkout. Pickup is available at the Treehouse Gift Shop, located at 401 Smyth Road, Ottawa.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.
When will I get my order?
We ship all orders with Purolator. Your estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option you choose.
